Welcome to the City of Bloomfield's online citizen portal.

To use the online portal to apply for a business license, you will need to create an account with an email address.  Code compliance complaints can be submitted without an account by using the "Contact Us" section.

To create an account:

• Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner of the page.
• Provide your email address and select a password.
• Enter your name, address, and telephone number.
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions then click "Create my Account".
• You will receive an email confirmation, click the 'Verify" button to activate your account.

To create a new Business License application, click the "Go" button located in the Applications section.  Existing license applications can be seen here as well.

Use the Contact Us section to submit any code compliance complaints.  Click the "Go" button to report a concern, or request information.  Your existing requests can be viewed here as well.
